Have a look on the Borland Download-Site.

You can get a free Delphi, called Personal Edition.

Thanks guys, I'd like the Borland version but it seams you don't seam to be able to download the personal version any more. Anyone any ideas were I could get this?

You can download the personal edition. But it will cost you $99, in fact Borland are now charging $9.99 for a 30 day trial of Delphi 8 !!!!!
Sometimes Magazines give Delphi away on there cover CD's , see if you can get a back issue.
