I checked with them, unfortunately, the books are out of print, they said that's why they used £0.00

Well, I got confirmation of my order, and an invoice totalling £0.00. Looks like a bit of a "Kodak", as they say in the trade. Surely I shouldn't be able to place an order for this? CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk

Despite the fact they say they will contact you to confirm your order or otherwise, I have heard nothing from them. I assume this means that I will not get a free book after all.

Do I complain to advertising standards or just count myself lucky that they didn't decide to "offer" me a higher priced alternative?

I was hoping that your order would go through the automated procedure and you would get the book! Well, who knows what'll happen when the books are available again!
