Free Calendar Webpart

Dear all,

I am either missing something or I need the above.

I want to add a none exchange associated Calendar to Sharepoint, mainly because we have Exchange 2000!

Can anyone recommend a webpart?

Have you tried to use the Events list and set the webpart view to calendar? Create a list based on the Events list and turn on the calendar view.

I assume this is a webpart that i can download or buy? Can you let me know which is the case as i dont seem to have it as default.

The eventslist is an out of the box list that you can use. What version of SharePoint are you using WSS v2 or the new WSS v3 (MOSS 2007). In the later you can create a calendar (list) directly. If you are using WSS v2 (SPS 2003) then you create an eventlist and add the calendar view.

We are using Sharepoint 2003. I have checked my list of webparts and dont see the eventlist, however I am sure it was there at some point....
