I have a user who wants to schedule a meeting for October. He is attempting to look at the attendee availability but it is only available until August 31. He looked at 5 different people, no one has any info.
I know the default displaying of free/busy information for Outlook is 2 months. Is there a way of extending this automatically, without having
to ask people to do it manually?
