Web previews OK in Front Page 2000 but after we publish none of the frames work...any ideas...I did not clarly understand the frame concept and how to save frameset.
Thanks

Several possible things could have happened--see if the frames were published.

Another possibility is what you named the files--specifically, I'm referring to your index page. We'll say your frame is composed of a left side navigation frame and the content page. There's a third page that comprises the frame and the content page. That's the one that needs to be called index.htm. If you called your content page index.htm instead, then it'll open that page, without the frames.

I should note also, if you can, it's better to used the shared border feature instead of frames (FP 2002 allows you to use a different color on the shared borders, but it only works with 2002 extensions). One of the major problems with frames is that some of search engines have a lot of trouble with them. They'll often list the content page and each of the frames pages--but not the page the visitor needs to use to visit your site properly!
