Frames Page

Is it possible to constrain the width and height of a frames page (i.e 750 wide x 800 high) so that it will look the same on all screens..if so, how?

Also, in my web stats it sometimes lists 'favicon.ico' as a failure. Anyone know what this is??

I have done some framing before. I made three pages with content then made my frame page. Assigned each page to a frame and controled the size by right clicking on the frame I wish to adjust settings on and choose "Frame Properties"

Frame Properties will open. There you can control frame size, if resizable in browser, margins, if scrool bars show up ect.
