Help!
I am unable to set up the structure for my site. The site
is 750 px wide and horizintally centered in the browser.
the left side of the site has links and has to be stationary, with while the pages load into to right side.
I would use frames, but the problem is that I need the whole site to have a white border around it. but the border cannot be between frames, only 1 big border around the entire site.
If I use an inline frame for the left, how to I target pages to load in the right??
use 2 inline frames, left and right??
