Frames Disabled ?

Can anyone help me with this ?

Recently I have started having problems displaying pages within a frameset, in one of my website folders on my PC.
This problem does not occur with any of my other frames based sites in other folders.

In the problem folder/site, I am also sometimes having problems getting an image to preview or display in IE, even though it displays in DW.

When viewing the code for this file, the frames panel is headed with the words "Frames disabled" and I can't find any reference to this in DW help.

change it to frames enabled then and see if that works....although i havent heard about this

The Caption is not in an editable area of the Palette
It is at the top of the palette where it says "Frames"

Then when I click on the source code it changes to "Frames disabled"

It does not happen to any of the other framesets in this folder / site at the moment. Just the opening frameset.
