Frames AND scroll bar

I am having trouble with building a double frame set for my web page with dreamweaver 4. It appears that when I place alot of text in the left frame window (Mre than visible). When testing in Internet Explorer there is no scroll bar in the left frame to see the text below??

If somebody could help me on this matter I would be most grateful.

Looking at your frameset code, you have scrolling="NO" set for your left frame. If you remove this, all should be ok.
