FrameMaker output formats

What formats can FrameMaker output to? Specifically, can it generate a Word .doc file?

It certainly can. Version 6 exports RTF and Word 6.0 (.doc) formats. The latest version may include more.

Check the Adobe site for a list of output formats. Beware that there are always trade-offs when doing this. Users who are converting to Word often cite the usefulness of mif2go from in making this much easierl and trouble-free to accomplish. My own experience with Word translations w/o mif2go is very mixed.
