framemaker 10 creates incorrect bookmark order

I have a document that normally is one column, but in this case, I have inserted two two column pages somewhere toward the middle of the document. The following pages have headings slated for bookmarks.

I saved the book as a pdf and saw that the bookmark for the 2 two column pages was at the end of the bookmark list.

Is there any way to cause the rogue bookmark to appear in its proper place?
