i have 3 frame in page , how can show page out of frame when submit click ...

To break out of your frameset when clicking submit, give your form tag a target attribute:

<form ... target="top">

Hmm - you might need to replace "top" with "_top" - I'm not sure (it's been a long while since I've clowned around with frames... so you might need to try both).
