Frame size problems - please help!

Hi, I'm new to Adobe Premiere Prs 2.0 and I stupidly worked with the wrong frame size, so I used the motion effect in the efects control to scale up my video as much as I could without losing too much quality. Later, I decided to change a couple of clips with new clips, but I can't re-size these as I did with the rest of my project, and the new clips are of a slightly different colour in the timeline. How can I re-size the new clips to match the rest of my project?
