frame scrolling

I'm trying to control vertical and horizontal scrolling independently in my frames. I tried using vscrolling="yes" and hscrolling="no" within the frame tag, but it seems indifferent to Frontpage. In other words, it only seems to accept scroll or no scroll (hor and ver together).

Am I doing it wrong? Does anyone know how to correctly accomplish V and H scroll control independently?

I do not believe that there is a way to specify verticle or horizontal scroll values. As far as I know, SCROLLING is the only valid attribute to control any aspect of scrollbars in frames for the frame tag.
