Frame relay to MPLS or PTP to MPLS ?

I will be using VOIP and MPLS. What is the best access method to the MPLS Network ? Frame-relay or Point-to-pont T1 ?

It really depends. If you need multiple virtual pipes (PVC's) of varying bandwidths, go with frame relay. If you just need one connection for the full T1 available bandwidth, do p2p.
