Hi,
Can anyone tell me how can I see the exact speed of Frame Relay link on ASN or ARN router?

Usually I will do so by using Nortel Site Manager & on the field using BCC. If you do have enough Ram on your ASN/ARN/AN
You can also ask for a show config under the config mode.I hope that answer most or part of your question.
