Frame relay speed monitoring client side

We run an internet cafe with a server conneted to a phone company that bring the service via Cisco frame relay.
Some times we feel that the speed of the connection is several times less that the one contracted (128 bandwidth).
Somebody know any client side software to messure the speed of the connection?

well 128 is self is slow compared to other options. You can test on some site such as under tools and speed test. this will give you an idea however do not take it as the word of god. The best thing would be to call your t1 provider and have them test or monitor the line while your running traffic. Jeter@LasVegas.com

If you can get a linux/unix computer in there, there's a program called bing that uses different sized ping packets to determine a pretty accurate picture of your bandwidth.
