Frame Relay Performance Monitoring standards

I am trying to identify standards or recommedations pertaining to Frame Relay Performance Management. Does anybody know of any documents which identify pertinent metrics?
 
Sorry, I have not seen such a doc. the routing you use over the frame, setups the metrics, rip1, ripv2, igrp, ospf, etc. Jeter@LasVegas.com

I don't know of any official ways of determining performance (in regard to something like a SLA), but there are several tools out there that can give you good approximations of your actual bandwidth. Tools such as bing, regular ping, mrtg, traceroute, and What's Up Gold will give you a good picture of current and historical performance of your network.
