I have a frame network with AT&T. Three hub locations (t-1)terminating on a Cisco 3640 router. 100+ remote sites (56k) terminating on Cisco 1602 routers with integrated 56/64k dsu/csu's. We are experiencing intermittent, random outtages of 1-4 minutes. When accessing the remote router in question via the out of band modem. interfaces are showing serial 0.1 down, line protocol down.
Several sites will behave this way for up to several days and then no further activity from those sites. However, other sites begin. AT&T says it is not their network. AT&T partner says that it is because of the ODR routing in the host router. This does not make sense to me.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
