PS
can we define a full frame relay E1/T1 on 1600 cisco routers V.35 interface ? How ? do we use the command controller e1 0/1 ? please type the necessery configuration

u have 2 different WAN technologies here mate.. frame relay and ISDN..

frame relay is a packet switched network.. E1/T1 is an ISDN-PRI implementation, with E1 @ 2.048Mbps and T1 @ 1.544Mbps.. E1/T1 use timeslots of 64Kbps each.. E1 has 30 and T1 has 24.. E1/T1 is a circuit switched network...

frame relay provides logical connections called PVCs [Permanent Virtual Circuits] by the use of DLCIs [Data Link Connection Identifiers]...

E1/T1 have defined circuits physically setup, called timeslots.. information is put into these timeslots in specific intervals, at a specific rate..

the command controller e1 0/1 allows u to configure your E-1 characteristics.. but u should have the right information from your telco.. however, these are the typical settings:

Framing - CRC4 [options are non-CRC4 or CRC]
Line Coding - HDB3

good luck..

make sure the CSU/DSU that your 1600's V.35 is connected to is set up for a FULL T-1, i.e. 24 channels(64k/each), then on your router :

conf t
interface xxxxx
bandwidth 1536
