I have a situation that is a little off... We have a fractional t-1 being converted by an RLH Industries modules(Electrical to light) and then back again once into the power plant site and no one can advise me if the fractional t-1 is able to provide 24-48 vdc for powering these modules in the demarc box that is mounted on a pole.
Has anyone else had this type of situation?

I have not, I've installed frame relay over copper and Microwave with no troubles. The thing to remember here is that its just a path and should be transparent to you. It should work, however I've been wrong before. Jeter@LasVegas.com
