Frame relay.. Can communicate only one direction

I can successfully communicate (ping) from site A to B (from a workstation to another workstation on site B) But I can not ping the other direction. I am using eigrp so I shouldn't need any static routes please help....
 
do a trace route to determine were the problem starts.
do a show ip route and determine the routes. Is your gateway on each end set correctly? Post a config minus the passwords. Jeter@LasVegas.com

Ignore the fact that the other subinterfaces are down.. I am only working on communicating
from Vienna location to 7thstreet.. I can ping all workstations from 7thstreet to vienna.
But I can only get to the ethernet interface of 7thstreet from vienna.. All gateways
on workstations are correct... And yes the ethernet interface is on the same network as my
workstations

It looks like you may have an IP Address/Subnet Mask issue between i/f Serial0.101 and Serial0.102...

The IP Addresses of both of the SubI/f's fall into the same subnet, considering the given Subnet Mask.

I take that back... I read your config wrong. I'm sorry.

Try using a completely different IP Addressing scheme across the FR than what you have configured on the Ethernet Segments.

Instead of 172.15 or 16, try using 192.168.xxx.xxx for serial SubI/f's.

VLSM should not be an issue here since you are using EIGRP however lets simplify this config.

use 192.168.1.1 on serial 0.101 the far end 192.168.1.2/30
serial 0.102 192.168.1.5/30 the far end 192.168.1.6/30
serial 0.103 192.168.1.9/30 the far end 192.168.1.10/30



the remote routers add a static route
router as 1.2 (ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.1)
router as 1.6 (ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.5)
router as 1.10(ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.9)
