Frame Problem,Toplevel Problem

1.Can we hide a frame and with any event can we unhide it.
2.Can we Keep the Toplevel on Top of all other Windows at all times?
Please Answer Me.

Hiding a frame (and its sub widgets) is just matter of using the forget option of your geometry manager:

pack forget .myframe

But I don't know how to keep a window on top.
The raise command is usefull but not suffisant. Some bindings will be necessary.
