QUESTION #1: HOW DO YOU INCORPORATE A FRAMES PAGE IN YOUR SITE. I THOUGHT I KNEW BUT WHEN I PUT A HYPERLINK TO GO TO THAT PAGE IT ONLY PULLS UP ONE FRAME SIDE. HOW DO YOU ADD FRAME PAGES TO THE NAVAGATION BAR. QUESTIONS#2: DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY TYPE WORDAGE ON A BACKGROUND THEME SET THAT IS GOTTON OFF THE INTERNET. I TRY TO USE TABLES. THEY ALIGN TERRIBLE.
QUESTIONS #3: DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TRIPLE BORDERS WORK IN FRONTPAGE. HOW DO YOU PUT THEM ON.

More than likely, if it's pulling up the wrong frame, then you're linking to the wrong one. When you save a frame file, it saves the actual page with the content on it, and then the frame page that surrounds it. The first page you go to should link to the frame page that surrounds it. Any internal links will link to the content pages.

Your best bet is to set up a naming convention. For instance, the main frame page is called index.htm; the content is index1.html. It'll keep the confusion down.

The navigation bar and the frames page don't work together. But you can do a shared border (which saves it in a separate file so that once you make any changes, like a copyright date, it will change on all the pages). To do a shared border, go to Format and Shared Border.

Table compatability is a problem in different browsers. Use a graphic program to create a pixel shim--an image the color of your background. Insert the graphic into a table cell and adjust the width. The "invisible" image will keep your cell from collapsing.
