Frame labels 2

This question is soo simple and I did this before but dont remember...

But how do you put a frame LABEL on a frame?? LOL

Open the frame box from Window>Panels>Frame and select the frame you want to label. You can type the frame label in the frame window. Nick (Web Developer)

In MX, select the frame and in the properties panel type in the label.

In 5, select the frame, and type in the label in the Frame panel. Regards,
