Frame blackout!

I have a VB6 application with a frame on a form. When a particular user goes to that form the frame is blacked out. No one else has this issue. The user has WinXP SP3 on their pc. Thanks for your help!

Compare Screen refresh rate between computers:

Control Panel - Display - Settings - Advanced - Monitor (tab) - Screen refresh rate[/tt]

Just a guess.....

The screen refresh rate did not fix it. Although the user in question did receive dual monitors at a time that would coincide with this problem. Any other thoughts?

Is that user using a different display theme (i.e. WinXP vs Windows Classic), just something i would check, not sure if it matters. Would also check to make sure that computer has the same version of ocx file.

I will check on the display theme. I will note that one day this application worked fine, and then it didn't. The person got a new monitor at about the same time this "blackout" started happening.
