I have a customer with a MICS XC5.0 (30 BJG 02 NAT) who just switched back to SBC. When we started testing incoming calls were working fine but all outbound call returned a fast busy and 'Call Cleared' on the display. Then the Bell Tech told me there were only 15 channels on the PRI. I tried to deprovision channels 16 - 23 but that didn't work. We had to turn up channels 16 - 23. I thought the spec on PRI was 23 voice and 1 data. Anybody got any ideas on how to frationalize the PRI with the 5.0 software? Will 7.0 let me do this?
