FR subinterface fails to come back up after routine bounce

Subinterface fails to come back up after routine bounce on 7206 router.

any ideas for a next step?

Try doing doing a sho frame-relay pvc commend and see what you are getting. I've had cases where the carrier was no advetising it to me and they had deleted tottally from me.

Weite your config to both NVRAM and Startup-config. Also what is your config register?
