Hi All,

Is there a formula in FR that picks the budget allocated to accounts.

Also a formula that compares present month to last year's same month,budget or/and balance.

Select FR/Help, search for Budget.

Budgets data is in Budget 1 - 5 and to get that infromation out you start the selection with the number of the budget set where the numbers are. For Exapmple =FRAMTA("2NET11P.L1") which will bring budget numbers from Budget set 2.

BALP.L1 and NETP.L1 give the current months balance or net changes for the same month or period as last year.
