Trying to get a Win 2000 server with IIS and FPSE 2002 on it, to send form data via emails on an Exchange 5.5 system.

Have it setup to point to the server, but the server requires user authentication before email can be sent.

I'm not finding a way to put authentication into IIS or FPSE to facilitate this.

Any suggestions?

Well I found the problem. Had to go into Exchange and tell it to specificly allow this web server to relay email via it. That way only this one server can do it.

Seems to be working ok now, although we've come up with yet another issue.

For some reason, we can submit a form from a HTM page, and it emails without a problem. But if we try and create the exact same page as a ASP, it will not email the form data.
(trying it as a ASP due to setting up a Database Results field that is a Drop Down box, that we want to use as part of the email.)
