I am using fpdf to create an invoice, this works quite sucessfully.

Is it possible to programatically email the invoice to a client. I have looked all over the help files but I can't see anything that might help

regards

Richard

yes. just send the attachment in a multipart email. if you don't know how to do this yourself use phpmailer

Thanks for that

I can save it as a file then use the mail command to fire it straight at the receipent with the invoice or statement attached.

Brilliant

Thank you very much for your help

Richard

you don't even need to save as a file. with phpmailer you can just shove the stream in. if you code the multipart yourself, you can do exactly the same.
