I have ran a web site for a couple of years using Front Page 98 and had no problems. I also had another personal page hosted by a different company. Recently I installed and then un-installed WindowsXP Pro. Since then, I cannot access the web site as it is now designated as "root web" disk. I receive this message when trying to open it up.
"The directory is the root content directory for a server based web. You must open it using the for the web server". Typing in the name of the host where it is posted or any other address I have entered always returns this same message. The site is eaisly accessed from the web address but I need to access it locally for changes. Any info will be helpful
