FP2002 EXT problems with NT4 IIS4.0 anyone else?

I have NT 4 with IIS4 and FP2002 EXT and ever sence I did the upgrade from FP 2000 to 2002 when ever I open my IIS and I try to right click or go to action just on the name of the computer like if I wanted to add a site it will sit there and do nothing for like 15min it does not freez the computer but it makes it for I cant do anything with the IIS window unless I open a new one.
anyone else have this problem. I have done many reloads and same problem still here.
