FP1 and FP2 and FP3

Dear All,
Just wondering.. when my Citrix server was running (as per my previous thread, my Citrix server is dead right now!).. I noticed that my licence did not work with FP1 nor FP2 though the rest of it worked. Does it cost extra to get the licences for these feature packs? I was told that I would be able to download these licences for free on the Citrix website. I have logged in and logged myself in but I can find where i can get the serial keys to activate FP1 and FP2.. any ideas?

FR1 and FR2 are only "free" if you've got Subscription Advantage (ie, they're not free!). If you haven't got SA, then you should talk to your VAR.
