I have IIS and Frontpage on a new machine. When I attempt to setup Visual Studio, the installer demands that I install "FrontPage extensions". I think that I do that in IIS. How do I do it, specifically?

Hi, open internet service manager, right-click on your web site, all tasks, configure server extensions.

If you have FPSE 2002, you have a "share point administration site", browse the .dll fpadm.dll (not exactly this name but close) then click "extend"

After that you should be able to use visual studio with this server.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if this resolve your issue

Well I did resolve it. I eventually found an MSDN page with a download. I downloaded the extensions and installed them. I suspect that that achieved the same thing in a different way.
