FP: only allows me to publish by FTP?!

Hi all,
I have a Win2000 PC on the network, it now has the Frontpage 2002 extension installed; and I had created a web folder on it.

Some how when I try to publish my .asp to this webfolder from FrontPage editor (on another PC), only the FTP method went through. I know we are not supposed to use FTP for publishing purposes.

How can we get the FrontPage to publish using other motheds? (http... ?)

Are you publishing by opening the web in FP
Go to FILE > PUBLISH WEB > and enter the full URL including http:// as the publish destination?
