I have FP Ext. installed and working with no problems. I'm very unsure as to what the installation did and how FP works. I only installed it because the web designer requested it. I've never used it before. Can somebody please answer any of these questions?

- Does FP edit the httpd.conf file in any way?
- Does FP change the apachectl binary?
- I noticed that after FP was installed, there was a file called mod.frontpage.c in the /usr/local/apache directory. This file isn't being referenced anywhere in the httpd.conf file. What is the purpose of this file?
- Is there anything in the /usr/local/frontpage directory that I should be aware of?

Thanks for your help:)

Chris

Also, I never did anything with the mod_frontpage.c file, but its still working. Am I supposed to compile this into the Apache daemon, using something like...

./configure --add-module=mod_frontpage.c

I'm very lost right now and need some help. I can't find any good resources online:)

Thanks.
