FP Error Message

I recently took over as webmaster on an existing site. I created a new discussion group on the web site using the discussion wizard. Imediately after uploading and publishing I tried to post a message and got "Cannot Run FP Server extensions smart HTML interpreter on this non HTML page".
The Post Message page has the correct HTML tags. Is it referring to another page? Here is the URL. The previous discussion group has been running ok.

Does the server have Frontpage extensions?

Yes, the server has the extensions. This discusson group was working with the previous webmaster. After I took over, I may have done something incorrectly 'cause the discussion group stopped working. I then just 'bagged' the old group and started a new one but can't get past this message.
