Is this happening on more than one workstation?

What version is this happening for?

What are the exact steps to reproduce the error?

YES IT IS HAPPENING ON MORE THAN ONE WORKSTATION (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WORK STATIONS )

WE ARE USING GREAT PLAINS 7.5 WITH SERVICE PACK 5 AND SQL SERVER 2000.

case 1) when they open the payables transaction entry screen.

case 2) when they open the edit cheks screen.

case 3) some when they printing the checks system is becoming very very slow and it is throwing them out of the great plains.

daily 3 or 4 times we are facing these problems.

Try opening enterprise manager and checking the following:

Right-click on the tempdb database, select Properties, then Options. Ensure that the Recovery model is set to Simple.

See if this resolves the problem.

If not, then another possibility is that you have a problem with your report format. Is the check report a modified report or is it the standard report that came with eenterprise? Try printing using a diff check report (eg Check with stub on bottom, top etc..) and see if you still get the error.

Hope this helps
