FP 98 - bookmarks & form fields

I've got a web page built in Front Page 98 and I want to set a bookmark to go back to the top of the page after the form fields are filled in so they can be reviewed...when I try this, it empties the fields...anyone know a work around...maybe a javascript or something?

Have the "back to top" button append the field varibles to the url.

Better yet, use a completely different page with the entries listed and options to edit or save.
