Hi,
Does anybody know how to change the default open and save directories in FP 2002.
I am new to FP but for various reasons need to point FP to the D: drive for opening and saving files. Currently it defaults to "MY Webs" which is on the C: drive. I could tell people they need to navigate to the D: drive but it would be far preferable to have it default there in the first place.
Any ideas would be gratefully received

Cuppa Tea.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Explorer\FrontPage Explorer\Settings

"DefaultWebName"="C:\\My Documents\\"

in the registry

all changes in the registry could cause errors and are made on own risk

I have tried both options and neither one works. I have Front Page 2000 on win2K pro pc. I have changed the H_KEY settings and still no luck anybody have any other clues??

Thanks, Jerry
