Foyer Guest/Visitor Phone on Option 11?

We have an Option 11C system. Due to "downsizing", there will no longer be a receptionist in one of my buildings. I'd like to set up a plain old phone to do nothing more that ring the main office receptionist when it is picked up. I'm thinking an analog wall phone without a dial?

How do I go about setting something like this up? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

make it hot d and mnl in cls.

or just dn hot nn yyyy where nn is the number of digits to be dialed like (4)
and yyyy is the directory number you want to ring eg(3408)
and MNL in the cls
