FoxPro to SQL Server

Hi,
I have been given a FoxPro database. I don't know anything about FoxPro, and I don't even know what version of it I was given.
The database that I was given consists of 4 files: a .cdx file, a .dbf file, a .fpt file, and a .hdr file. How would I go about getting the data into sql server 2000?

In DTS select other connection and in the dropdown select Microsoft FoxPro VPF Driver.
