What VFP version?
With VFP minimum version 6 you can use a toolset from Vilhelm-Ion Praisach to create xlsx files:
You can also always create a csv txt file and only have the limits of whatever Excel version you use to import that. That's an always available alternative. But you can never overcome Excel's own limits.

Otherwise, even if you don't speak English, at least try to formulate a sentence and question by using translation tools. It's not hard today and don't fear the translation making a worse impression than what you posted...
