FoxPro screen flicker

Does anyone use Visual FoxPro OK on Metaframe? We run Metaframe sp2 on NT4 TSE with the latest ICA client version. The database uses Visual FoxPro 6 and although the Microsoft website claims it is not supported on terminal services it used to work fine on our old Winframe server. The problem we have is that when users access the server over ISDN the screen seems to flicker a couple of times each time it is re-drawn. I have tried enabling supercache, foxpfix.exe, used an RDP client and messed around with the colours and resolution no end. It works fine when you access it accross the LAN even though the ICA client client should use <20k

Visual Foxpro applications are not well suited to this environment because it does not use standard Windows APIs to draw screens. FoxPro uses a bitmap technology for screens and we all know the problem with bitmaps.

Try upgrading to Feature Release 1. SpeedScreen has been upgraded and you may get the performance you are looking for...
