FoxPro print issue through Ctrix MetaFrame

We have an application in FoxPro. one of our remote office have access to this application through Ctrix MetaFrame. the application is working fine. But the problem is the client from repote office cant take print.

the server is not getting the client's printer (Epson LQ2170).

i'm new to Ctrix and this FoxPro killing my time. can someone help me on this issue.

Do you have the appropriate driver installed? Are there any event IDs that can help? How are you mapping the client printer?

Printer driver installed in Client's machine.
i need to know how to map printer..

The print driver will need to be installed on Citrix in order for it to work.

Depending on how the FoxPro application works, I would create a shared printer on the clients machine and have them connect that way. If you don't do it this way, the application will need to be refreshed with the current name of the mapped printer.

The fastest way to do this is setting the Environment information to this Login
so "one of our remote office have access to this application through Ctrix MetaFrame" is an User or group on Citrix Server.
In this user environment set
Connect Client Printer at Logon
and
Default to Main Client Printer
When Application is distributed via Application Delivery uncheck no wait for printer connect, when delivered Desktop, the desktop will be waiting for printer to create on Citrix Server.

Citrix will be connected automatically Epson Printer via universal dirver with name Epson#ICA-Session and setting this printer to the default Printer for this user with special access
When user will be logged out printer will be deleted.
