FoxPro for Dos and Windows 2000

I know this was touched upon in several posts but I believe this issue is diferent. The application in question is compiled in FoxPro Dos 2.6 and has a number of required configuration settings that just don't seem possible under Windows 2000. It requires edits to autoexec.bat and config.sys like the following:
SET USER=****
SET FOXPROCFG=****
device=c:\windows\himem.sys
device=c:\windows\emm386.exe

How can this be done in Windows 2000? If not, how hard is it to recompile this in 2.6 for Windows?

Hi
Autoexec.bat file is the same as in Win98.
In the place of config.sys, you edit and put these codes in the file... CONFIG.NT which can be found in the WINNT\SYSTEM32 directory
