FoxPro and Graphics

I have created several reports with a graphic in the header where I have set the path in Graphic Location, this is so if the graphic is changed then all headers will be automatically changed.
If I run the report from Crystal it does change, If i run the report from a FoxPro application it does not change?
I am Using Crystal 11, FoxPro 8.0 .
