FoxPro 2.6 DOS mouse not moving cursor Win10

Only dinosaurs care, but why would my mouse stop working in FPD2.6 / Win 10?

It works on other machines, just not the two newer ones.

Clicking the left mouse seems to trigger a cut-and-paste as if it were in Edit mode.

Frustrating.
