You should never see this if you are running from an EXE. Foxcode is a table that contains Intellisense data. It is only used in the development environment.
Perhaps the EXE has got corrupted in some way. Have you tried building it again?

Very strange. I've just had a look through _hyperlink.VCX and I can't see any references to Foxcode. Could have been some sort of corruption, or just one of those weirdnesses that brighten our days.

Indeed seems to be one of the mysteries.
As I googled this problem I came across a threat of Olaf who expected this had to do with foxuser.dbf.
That problem was there once an (SQL) table was generated.
Deleteing the generated table was a solution.
So things , we expect that have nothing to do, sometimes seems to cause a problem though.
